Individual Counselling
A space that is just for you.
Individual counselling offers a confidential and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly. Whether you are feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a significant life transition, therapy provides space for reflection, clarity, and growth.
Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Sessions focus on building insight, strengthening emotional regulation, developing practical coping strategies, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
Individual counselling can support:
Anxiety and stress
Depression and low mood
Grief and loss
Trauma-related concerns
Self-esteem and identity
Life transitions
Relationship challenges
This is your dedicated time — to feel heard, understood, and supported.
Couple Counselling
Strengthening connection through understanding.
Relationships can bring deep fulfilment, but they can also be challenging. Couple counselling provides a structured and respectful space where both partners can feel heard without blame or judgement.
Extended 90-minute sessions allow time for each person to speak, reflect, and work through concerns without feeling rushed. The focus is not on choosing sides, but on understanding patterns, improving communication, rebuilding trust, and supporting healthier ways of relating.
Couple counselling can assist with:
Communication difficulties
Recurring conflict
Trust issues or betrayal
Emotional distance
Life transitions impacting the relationship
Parenting stress
The goal is to foster clarity, mutual understanding, and a stronger foundation moving forward.
Family Counselling
Supporting families to reconnect and grow together.
Families move through many stages and challenges. At times, communication may break down or tensions may rise, particularly during periods of change.
Family counselling sessions are 90 minutes to ensure all members have space to contribute and feel heard. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen communication, and support healthier relationships within the family system.
Family counselling can support:
Parent–child conflict
Adolescent challenges
Blended family adjustment
Communication breakdown
Emotional or behavioural concerns
Major life transitions
The aim is to build understanding, restore connection, and create a more supportive home environment.
