Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply in need of a listening ear or clarity in your challenges; you don’t have to navigate it alone. My practice offers a genuine, safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

About my practice

My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centred care in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment.. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples and families to help them better understand their experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, create meaningful change and reach their goals.

Focus on the issue and not the person!  You are a person with a story that deserves to be heard.

My Approach

I aim to create a calm and grounded space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. Together, we explore patterns, build self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and build skills to support emotional well-being in a safe and confidential environment. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, genuineness, and respect.

My focus is on:

  • Strengthening emotional regulation

  • Building resilience and coping skills

  • Encouraging self-compassion

  • Supporting sustainable, meaningful change

Therapy is about understanding, growth, and building supports around you. My focus is on helping clients build insight, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Appointments

Sessions are offered in a private practice setting, with options for in-person or telehealth appointments (where available) after business hours.
